We want you to be 100% happy with your new artwork so we offer a seven-day money back guarantee! Simply notify us by email within 7 working days of receiving your delivery that you intend to return the artwork.  After notifying us, the artwork must be returned immediately & be received  within 14 working days of receipt of original delivery to you.

Return of damaged artwork

If a damaged artwork has been delivered to you, email us within 24 hours of  receipt with a good quality photo of the damaged artwork, your order number & any other relevant information.  Please keep all original packing materials. We will then advise you on the return of the artwork to us.  When the artwork has been received we will refund the full cost of the artwork & the cost of delivery to you.

Artwork will be  returned at your risk and cost.

In the event of a return, other than artwork that was delivered to you damaged , you must pay for return delivery . We do not set the cost of return delivery as it is dependent on third party services and prices. We are also not responsible in any way for undelivered returns.  Returned artwork which is damaged or not in its original condition will not be refunded. There are also no returns on swapped artwork, special offers or deals, special orders, commissions, artwork which has been specially altered at the buyer’s request or artworks shipped outside the UK, E.U., U.S.A or Canada.  Once the artwork is safely received you will receive a full refund less delivery charges (both ways).

How to return artwork

Where possible, package the artwork in its original packaging or similar quality packaging.  Include our delivery slip in the package. Retain all receipts & notifications relating to the artwork.  Please Remember…You must pay all costs relating to the return of the artwork.

Cancellation prior to dispatch

If you cancel your order prior to dispatch we will refund you within 14 days from the date of cancellation of your order.  Providing your order has not been dispatched you will not be charged for any delivery costs. If your order has already shipped we cannot cancel your order. Please see our Returns policy above for more details.  Cancellations cannot be made on swapped artwork, special offers or deals, special orders, commissions or artwork which has been specially altered at the buyer’s request.
