This print is from an original handmade batik on 100% cotton using wax and dyes. I have brought together some of my best-loved pieces into this limited print edition. I have taken every effort to ensure the highest quality reproductions of the original piece . The result is Irish Landscape & Seascape Art print that is a budget friendly option to brighten up any home.

Working with batik is certainly an organic, intuitive process. I start by exploring patterns, colour and composition. I use a colour-on-colour approach, exploring, shape, form and pattern until the cotton dries and the wax is removed. As I add new layers of colour and texture it gives the illusion of movement of the local wild flora. Therefor this print is not an actual reproductions of the local Irish landscape but instead tells its own story.
